Privacy Policy

Leaders in Allergy Care LTD will securely hold your personal data information in our clinic. We will use the data you shared with us during your registration including name, address, contact details, GP details as well as medical history, diagnosis, treatment information and insurance details. This will be used for our clinical practice.

Your data is securely stored in paper files and digitally on a practice management system DGL. This data is held solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective care to you and your child and only trained clinic staff will have access to your records.

All information about you is held securely and appropriate safeguards are in place to prevent accidental loss or access without consent.

We do not use your data for marketing or any other purposes.

If we request specific tests to be performed externally, we will have access to these i.e. blood test results done at TDL (The Doctors Laboratory), X-rays, MRI and CT scans and others.

We would ask you to please help to keep your records up to date by informing our clinic of any change of circumstances.
We do not use any system which uses automated decision making or profiling in respect of your personal data.

In almost all circumstances you will be required to give written consent before information is released – such as medical reports for your insurance company, solicitors, GP letters etc. In exceptionally rare circumstances we may be required by law to release your records, for example, if a court order is presented, or there is an imminent risk to the life of yourself, your child or others.

To ensure your privacy, we will not disclose information over the telephone or email unless we are confident we are communicating directly with you. Information will not be disclosed to family and friends unless we have prior written consent and we do not leave messages involving personal data with others.

You have the right to access all your electronic records held at Leaders in Allergy Care at no payable fee.

We will do our best to protect your personal data but do not guarantee the security of your data which you transmit to us at your own risk.
